My French teacher told me I should write a blog post in French.  So I will write this one in French.  You can use Google Translate or just keep reading below for the English translation.

Chers Amis,

Mon professeur de français m'a dit que je devrais écrire un "blog" en français.  Je vais le traduire  plus bas.

Cet après-midi, j'ai marché au bord de la mer.  C'était très triste de voir tous les débris sur la plage et dans la mer.  Pendant la nuit, plusieurs autres bateaux avaient coulé.

Il n'y avait aucun signe du bateau qui était sur le point d'être détruit hier.  Il a été sauvé ou il a éte détruit.  Aussi pendant la nuit, plusieurs autres bateaux s'étaient échoués.  Vous pouvez en voir quelques-uns.

Le bateau à voile qui s'est échoué hier reste sur la plage mais heureusement sans plus de dégâts.

Il a fait très beau aujourd'hui.  Il y avait une petite brise.  Il y avait du soliel, et il faisait 60 degré F.  Il faudra longtemps avant que la plage et la mer soient sans débris.
